Job summary

Cresta is seeking a senior Customer Strategy professional to drive AI-powered customer experiences at enterprise scale. You will engage C-suite stakeholders and align multi-stakeholder teams on value realization, adoption, and governance in large contact center initiatives.

As part of a small, high-impact team, you will shape Cresta's strategic voice, lead complex engagements, and influence product and GTM decisions while traveling regularly to serve major accounts across the East/Central US

Qualifications

• Deep credibility in AI agents and the ability to advise customers on AI transformation.
• Contact center domain expertise in enterprise scale environments.
• Executive presence and storytelling to hold a C-suite room.

Responsibilities

• Open executive-level strategy sessions to shape Cresta's AI viewpoint on contact centers.
• Help customers envision AI-driven futures beyond current options.
• Represent Cresta as a credible voice at external AI and CX events.
• Lead value discovery and use-case scoping across complex accounts.
• Guide operational readiness, change management, and deployment planning.
• Support pilot design and executive readouts.
• Collaborate with Sales to push platform adoption and scalable services.
• Own business-case development with customers to ensure shared value.
• Advise on pricing strategies and non-standard deal structures.
• Build playbooks and assets for Enterprise GTM.
