Job summary

Strawberry Paris, a luxury boho womenswear label based in DTLA, seeks a Sr. Executive Assistant and Project Manager to partner directly with the CEO.

This role blends strategic support with hands-on operations, driving growth across wholesale, marketing, production, and beyond. You’ll orchestrate complex initiatives, manage CRM and automation, coordinate logistics, and help shape the brand’s expansion into new markets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in executive assistance, project management, or operations within luxury fashion, wholesale, or e-commerce.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or related field.
• Fluent English; French or additional languages a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven growth mindset.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives with precision.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management across wholesale, marketing, and production.
• Partner with CEO to turn bold visions into tangible outcomes.
• Develop CRM automation and sales processes; optimize financial flows.
• Oversee logistics, vendor relations, and franchise expansion groundwork.
