Job Description

This is a remote position.

Are you highly organized, quick-thinking, and detail-oriented? If so, we want you to join our team as a Part-Time Executive Administrator. This dynamic role requires adaptability, creativity, and confidence to tackle a variety of tasks. From conducting research and documenting processes to thinking critically and solving problems, you'll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Requirements
  • Comfortable working from home
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience
  • 20 hours per week with the ability to transition to 40 hours per week
  • Available from 9:00 – 6:00pm CST everyday with an hour lunch break
  • Computer with a headset and internet speed test faster than 10 mbps+
  • Quiet place to work from
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Skillful in intuitive and proactive thinking

  • Experience using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
