About this team

The lululemon Liaison Office (LLO) team ensures our products are of the highest quality, delivered timely, and produced with partners committed to excellence. We manage product production and cultivate strong relationships with each other and our vendor community.

A day in the life:

  • Office Management
    • Handle office procedures and operations, including facilities maintenance, leases, payments, security access, ensuring compliance with local labor, tax, and reporting requirements.
    • Follow up on labor compliance, insurance renewals, certificates, etc.
    • Negotiate contracts and service agreements with third-party suppliers and service providers.
    • Manage the local Sri Lanka office budget and staff expenses.
    • Coordinate with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) on budgets, monitor bank accounts, and support invoice processing and payments.
    • Arrange travel for office directors, ensuring adherence to budget.
    • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and office equipment for office leaders.
    • Support legal documentation and liaise with legal teams and local law firms.
    • Coordinate with treasury, tax teams, and local accountants for financial compliance.
    • Serve as a point of contact for miscellaneous projects and IT troubleshooting.
    • Assist with translation and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • People & Culture
    • Advise business leaders on building an inclusive and thriving work environment.
    • Provide support, coaching, and advice on HR topics including development, recruitment, succession, compensation, and diversity.
    • Partner with P&C to deliver annual programs like Year-End reviews, bonuses.
    • Support hiring and onboarding processes with Talent Acquisition.
    • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain employee records in Workday.
    • Complete all Workday transactions and general P&C administration in partnership with the People Experiences team.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the P&C team.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years experience in Human Resources and Office Administration.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and organize effectively.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., O365, PowerPoint, Excel).
    • Fluent in Sinhala and English.
    • Strong work ethic, integrity, and a desire to succeed.
    • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, responsible, passionate, and fun!
