JAS Recruitment seeks an experienced Executive Assistant in the Denver area to support C-suite leadership in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. You will partner with other EAs, interact with managers, customers, and employees, and proactively manage day-to-day priorities.

The role requires navigation of a complex executive environment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with teams across the company.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting executive-level leaders.
  • Senior-level executive admin experience.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient with office automation tools including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, SAP.

Responsibilities

  • Own the executive calendar and coordinate major meetings and travel.
  • Prepare expense reports and ensure timely submission.
  • Interface with management, customers, and visitors; triage inquiries.
  • Review mail and decide if executive action is needed.
  • Exercise judgment with high flexibility and initiative.
  • Maintain propriety files and records retention.
  • Support financial processes, budgets, contracts, PO, payments, vendor relations.

Job description

We are searching for an experienced Executive Assistant in the Denver area who is high energy and thrives in a constantly evolving business environment. In this role, you will partner with other executive assistants and interact with various levels of management, customers and employees, assisting our Client’s executive manage day to day priorities. The environment is fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience navigating a complex C-Suite environment and be comfortable interacting with employees of all levels. To be successful, you will need strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, and the ability to gather information and make decisions independently. Being proactive and anticipating the needs of the executive is essential as you prioritize time, schedules, inquiries and information.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Own the executive calendar; Prioritize appointments as necessary; Coordinate major offsite meetings and executive travel
  • Arrange domestic and international travel schedule and reservations; Prepare expense reports and ensure submission in a timely fashion
  • Interface with members of the management team, customers, and other executive visitors; Redirect inquiries and problems to staff members for response and resolution as necessary
  • Review and answer mail and inquiries and determine if executive action is required
  • Exercise judgment and initiative with high degree of flexibility
  • Set up and maintain propriety files and record retention schedules
  • Obtain, assemble and analyze information and data from a wide variety of sources in order to prepare reports, agendas and correspondence
  • Order and maintain inventory of departmental supplies; Coordinate necessary equipment or facilities repairs or changes
  • Support the department’s financial processes, including budgets, contracts, purchase orders, payments, vendor relations, etc.
EXPERIENCE:
  • Direct work experience supporting executive-level leaders
  • Proven experience of executive administrative support at a senior level
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to use a variety of sophisticated office automation tools and software, including proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, SAP
  • Ability to collaborate with different levels of management, customers, and employees to exchange information and take appropriate action
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment and initiative with a high degree of flexibility and responsiveness
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of experience

Pay for this position is up to $140k base salary.
