  • Coordinates office procedures and efficient department operations.
  • Communicates with hospital staff and vendors via in person, phone, or written format.
  • Uses Microsoft applications for reports, letters and forms.
  • May assist with timekeeping and staff onboarding tasks.
  • Maintains office supplies and assists with project work.
  • Provides cross coverage as needed.
