Job summary

Roto-Rooter is seeking a motivated Excavation Sales Representative to generate sales for excavation and trenchless pipe replacement services in Champaign, IL. You will build relationships with homeowners and businesses, diagnose needs, and guide customers through the service process.

Local travel is required with no long sales cycles. A base salary plus uncapped commissions is offered, along with paid time off, holiday pay, ongoing training, and a company vehicle with a fuel allowance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in service-related industries such as plumbing or excavation.
• Ability to diagnose customer needs and propose effective solutions.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations and assessments to determine excavation solutions for customers.
• Present excavation options and tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Close sales by building trust and addressing customer concerns.
• Coordinate with the excavation team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain CRM records of sales activities and follow-ups.
