Job summary

Roto-Rooter is seeking a Field Sales Representative for our Excavation department. This outside-sales role offers pre-qualified leads, no cold calls, and the opportunity to earn an average of $80,000–$120,000 per year plus mileage reimbursement.

Weekly base pay with commission and flexible schedules are provided. Responsibilities include selling sewer line repair/excavation solutions, performing camera assessments, following up with customers, and delivering quotes within our pricing framework.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and customer-focused service.
• Organized self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced field role.
• Outside sales experience highly preferred but all outside sales backgrounds will be evaluated.
• Willingness to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Proficiency with handheld devices and basic software (Word/Excel) required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell sewer line repair and replacement solutions for residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct camera assessments of sewer lines to determine repair needs.
• Engage in proactive follow-up with customers to provide effective plumbing solutions.
• Use pricing matrix and insurance guidelines to provide quotes and close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
