Roto-Rooter is seeking a motivated Excavation Sales Representative to join our team in Champaign, IL. You will generate sales opportunities for excavation and trenchless pipe replacement, develop relationships, diagnose needs, and guide customers through the service process.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience in service-related industries.
• Ability to diagnose issues and propose solutions for customers.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to determine excavation solutions.
• Present options and tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Close sales by building trust and addressing concerns.
• Coordinate with the excavation team to ensure service delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
