Roto-Rooter in Springfield, VA is seeking a Field Sales Representative for the Excavation department to pursue pre-qualified leads from our field service technicians and call centers.

You will excel in outside sales, drive growth for sewer line repair and replacement solutions, and close deals using our pricing matrix. This role offers uncapped earnings with a $60k-$80k average plus mileage reimbursement and a base plus commission model.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license and acceptable background check.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Able to work in fast-paced environments and on varied schedules.
• Proficient with Word and Excel and company systems.
• Outside sales experience in in-home services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell sewer line repair and replacement solutions for properties.
• The Sales Representative will conduct camera assessments of sewer lines to determine if there is root interruption or breakage in the sewer line resulting in the need for repair or replacement.
• Engage in proactive follow-up communication with existing customers to deliver effective solutions for their plumbing or water-related issues.
• Leverage our established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes for repair/replacement options/solutions and effectively close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
