Job summary

Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service is seeking a Field Sales Representative for the Excavation department. You will pursue pre-qualified leads provided by field service technicians and call centers to grow our sewer services business.

This outside sales role offers uncapped earnings with a base commission structure and mileage reimbursement. Responsibilities include selling sewer line repair and replacement solutions, conducting camera assessments, following up with customers, and providing

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and background check per standards.
• Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Proficient with Word and Excel; use company systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell sewer line repair and replacement solutions for residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct camera assessments of sewer lines to determine root interruption or breakage.
• Engage in proactive follow-up communication with existing customers to deliver effective solutions.
• Leverage pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes and close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
