Job summary

LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games seeks a Senior Workforce Planner to build workforce and resource plans for Event Visitor Services at the LA28 Games. You will translate venue requirements into staffing forecasts, develop schedules, reports, dashboards and deployment strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on risk and readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience in Event Visitor Services workforce planning or operations.
• 5+ years in workforce planning, operations management or related fields.
• Experience managing large-scale staffing plans and deployment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning, staffing models and deployment plans, aligning venue allocations with operational requirements.
• Manage equipment inventory and distribution: radios, information booth equipment and furnishings, uniforms, signage, supplies and workforce-related assets.
• Coordinate EVS, Volunteer Operations, Logistics, Technology and venue stakeholders on staffing risks and test events.
• Develop workforce reports, dashboards and performance metrics supporting operational decisions.
• Monitor Games-time staffing and resolve issues through resource deployment and redeployment.
