LA28 is seeking an experienced Workforce Operations lead to shape how venue teams prepare and collaborate for the Los Angeles 2028 Games. You will report to the Head of Workforce Operations and connect service levels, training and readiness with venue operating plans across test events and Games-time deployment.

You will coordinate onboarding, uniforms, accreditation, and role assignment readiness milestones, partnering with multiple operations teams to ensure continuity and timely staffing

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in workforce operations, operations, event operations or live event management, supporting planning and operational delivery.

Responsabilités

• Manage workforce Food and Beverage and Accommodation service levels, aligning operational needs with venue operating plans.
• Lead workforce venue strategy, planning and operational delivery for a standalone venue or Sports Park, supporting test events.
• Manage workforce training for volunteers and paid staff, coordinating onboarding, uniforms, accreditation and role assignment readiness milestones.
• Partner with Event Venue Management, Transport, Food and Beverage, Uniforms and Volunteer Management to coordinate workforce requirements.
• Oversee Games-time coverage and shift fulfillment, resolving venue escalations with Functional Area leads and central workforce planning.
