Job summary

LA28 is seeking a Senior Associate, EVS Spectator Communications to shape how fans and volunteers experience the Games. You will craft engaging spectator communications from the ground up, partnering with Event Visitor Services and cross-functional teams to translate plans into accessible messages.

You will develop content for spectators, volunteers and staff across written, video and presentation formats, ensuring accuracy and alignment with LA28 standards while preparing the workforce for

Qualifications

• 4+ years in communications, public relations, event communications or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling for varied audiences.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of spectator communications plans across all EVS touchpoints.
• Create clear, concise content for spectators, volunteers, staff and stakeholders across formats.
• Collaborate with EVS teams and cross-functional partners to ensure accuracy and consistency with LA28 standards.
• Develop training content for workforce readiness milestones.
• Manage communication deliverables, schedules and project tracking for event readiness and guest experience.
