Job summary

On Location is seeking a seasoned leader for the Greater LA area to oversee venue operations and transportation for the LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games. You will guide cross-functional teams and coordinate hospitality, security, and logistics across multiple venues.

The role requires at least 10 years in global events or premium hospitality, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and a proven ability to influence senior partners and large teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in large-scale event operations or hospitality management.
• Demonstrated success delivering high-touch, high-complexity hospitality programs under intense operational pressure.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and operational reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, deployment, and execution of the Advance Venue Team for LA28 venues.
• Develop and implement integrated operational plans aligning venue operations, hospitality delivery, and transportation.
• Serve as central coordination point to ensure last-mile functions are aligned and ready for Games-time conditions.
