Job summary

Bally in Dover, DE is seeking a full-time, on-site Environmental Services attendant. You will develop and maintain a service culture, ensure policy compliance, and supervise shifts in a casino environment.

Candidates should have a High School diploma, strong communication skills, and prior janitorial or supervisory experience. The union IUOE applies; weekend, holiday and night availability is required. This role is on-site with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Union membership terms with IUOE where applicable.
• Ability to lead, direct and organize other people.
• Previous janitorial/housekeeping experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory training or experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Develops a service culture delivering superior guest service by all team members.
• Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of all promotions and events.
• Maintains men's & women's restrooms.
• Empties trash in restrooms, casino floor, front lobby and back of house.
• Supervises staff on your shift.
• Ensures duties are performed to the best of each staff member’s ability.
• Work hands-on with staff to enforce cleaning policies and standards.
• Handle problems with employees and guests.
• Answer radio calls and communicate professionally.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
