Job summary

Delaware North at Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack in Farmington, NY is seeking a full-time Environmental Services Supervisor to oversee the EVS team and maintain cleaning standards across the facility. The role includes supervising shifts, managing supplies, and ensuring compliance with state and gaming commission rules.

You will train staff, document daily activities, and coordinate with maintenance to uphold health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience.
• Must be able to obtain a NY State Gaming License.
• Experience in EVS and/or cleaning departments preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the environmental services department according to company, state, and gaming commission standards and regulations.
• Order and manage the EVS cleaning supply stock.
• Follow departmental policies by documenting daily the areas that have been cleaned and serviced by EVS team members.
• Train and develop EVS team members to the required company, state and gaming standards of health and safety.
• Understand and adhere to the union contract of the EVS department.

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-timeEnvironmental Services (EVS) Supervisor to join our team at Finger Lakes Gaming in Farmington, New York. As an EVS Supervisor, you will oversee the cleaning at Finger Lakes Gaming.

Shift: Tuesday Thru Saturday 3:30 to 12am.

Physical requirements

• Frequent walking and standing for the entire length of the shift
• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, climbing, kneeling, and carrying
• Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
• Regularly exposed to fumes and toxic or caustic chemicals
• The noise level may be moderate to loud
