Job summary

Fairmount Park Casino & Racing is seeking an EVS Supervisor to lead cleaning and safety programs across the property. You will develop, implement, and enforce policies, train staff, and monitor labor to maximize guest satisfaction while controlling costs.

We require 21+ years of age, the ability to obtain a gaming license, and strong Microsoft Office skills; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities; able to handle shifting priorities.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing, implementing, and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Select, train, and develop team members through education, training, coaching, and corrective action.
• Monitor labor resources to ensure maximum effectiveness in guest services.
• Produce and maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Investigate and resolve guest and team member complaints related to EVS matters.
• Conduct and document inspections of public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
• Ensure storage closets are stocked and equipment is maintained.
• Issues and collects master keys.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
