Qualifications

• Executive P&L ownership with full accountability for revenue, margin, cash, and growth.
• Deep experience growing IDIQ/GWAC or comparable federal contract vehicles.
• Proven OEM and delivery management across schedules and vendor relationships.
• Track record leading multiple program managers and diverse programs.
• Strong cash management, billing, collections, and working capital discipline.
• Experience expanding contract utilization, partner ecosystems, and services attachments.
• Ability to build scalable processes and governance across functions.
• Fluency with federal contracting, procurement, and compliance expectations.
• Executive presence communicating with government customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the VAR & Professional Services P&L and operating plan.
• Establish cadence with forecasts, dashboards, risk reviews, and program reviews.
• Balance growth, execution, margin, and cash across contracts, OEMs, customers, and services.
• Partner with Finance, Contracts, Procurement, Operations, HR, IT, Security, Quality, and leadership to ensure scalable execution.
