Job summary

Fairwinds Technologies, LLC in the DC/MD/VA corridor seeks an entrepreneurial EVP & GM of Technical Services to own the division's strategy, revenue, and profitability. This is a build-and-scale role to transition from product development to market-ready offerings and government-focused services.

You will lead a cross-functional team, shape the operating system, and drive a path to $300M in annual sales within five years, reporting to the CEO and partnering with customers and partners to deliver

Qualifications

Experience owning a business unit or division with revenue and margin responsibility.
Track record of scaling an emerging or mid-market business.
Experience taking complex technology from R&D to product launch.
Experience with government contracting processes (SBIR/OTA/FAR) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the division P&L, annual operating plan, bookings, revenue, gross margin, operating income and cash performance.
Lead product portfolio and commercialization strategy from development to market-ready offerings and lifecycle ownership.
Oversee government technical services and contract execution aligned to the product roadmap.
Drive growth, sales, partnerships, and customer outcomes across divisions.
Design and scale the operating cadence, governance, and performance metrics for the division.
