Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Sales, Federal Capture, or ITAD/IT services.
• Proven history of managing P&L responsibility and delivering strong revenue and profit performance.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams across sales, operations, and service programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of services growth engine.
• Oversee Sales, Federal Capture, Marketing, Fulfillment, and Client Service operations.
• Build an effective GTM strategy for federal and enterprise market penetration.
