Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a Principal Tooling Engineer 2/3 to support EVMS-based tooling fabrication at the Rocket Center, WV site. The role involves coordinating tooling design, manufacturability reviews, and program cost/schedule control within an IPT framework.

The position requires DOD Secret Clearance eligibility, CAM experience, and strong knowledge of manufacturing processes; relocation is not offered. On-site work only, with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree and/or CAM certification required; experience in tooling fabrication preferred.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with relevant experience in tooling fabrication and production operations.
• CAM certification or equivalent credentials may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design and fabrication requirements for tools and fixtures with internal and external customers.
• Perform tolerance analysis to ensure form/fit/function.
• Manage all project phases: design, document, fabricate, assemble and validate.
