Qualifications

• Bachelor’s STEM degree required with experience in tooling fabrication/production
• Experience with tolerancing and manufacturability analysis
• Strong problem solving and root-cause investigation skills
• Familiarity with tooling design and fabrication processes

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design and fabrication requirements for tools and fixtures with internal/external customers
• Perform tolerance analysis to ensure form/fit/function
• Conduct root-cause failure investigations and implement corrective actions
• Develop and evaluate process improvements in tooling and manufacturing
• Assist product development to ensure manufacturability and validate processes
