Northrop Grumman's Defense Systems seeks a Principal Tooling Engineer 2/3 with EVMS background at the Rocket Center in West Virginia. This on-site role requires strong tooling, CAM, and program management skills to support multiple programs.

You will coordinate design and fabrication, perform tolerance analysis, and drive manufacturability improvements while aligning with cost, schedule, and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with CAM certification.
• Experience with medium to large scale tooling fabrication and production operations.
• CAM certification and familiarity with EVMS-related processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tool and fixture design with internal and external customers.
• Perform tolerance analysis to ensure form/fit/function.
• Assist Product Development Team with manufacturability validation and process improvements.
• Manage all phases of tooling projects from design through validation and delivery.
• Prepare status updates and communicate program metrics to stakeholders.
