Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 2) in El Segundo, CA, to support EVMS for Major Subcontracts and General Procurement. The role requires on-site work with potential travel and a Secret clearance, focusing on EACs, WBS alignment, and variance analysis.

You will prepare month-end reports, perform financial analyses, and assist CAMs with EVMS activities while contributing to cost management improvements and schedule control across IPTs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in business administration, finance, accounting, financial analysis, supply chain, logistics or related field OR Master's degree.
• Active Government Secret clearance or higher (with recent background investigation).
• Ability to obtain and maintain Program Access as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review material EACs and budgets.
• Align WBS and time phasing of purchases.
• Document and implement EVMS methodologies and variance analysis.
• Support monthly cost and schedule reviews and recovery plans.
• Provide EVMS support to IPTs and CAMs and assist audits.
