Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst Level 3 in Huntsville, AL to support the IBCS program. The role will assist the CAM Lead and help budget, plan and report on material budgets ranging from $70M to $100M annually for MEIs.

Responsibilities include EVMS compliance, cost/schedule reporting, and coordination with CAMs to deliver accurate EACs and spend plans. On-site position requiring strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• EVMS and CAM monthly reporting experience.
• Experience with Deltek Cobra or MPM.
• Proficiency with SAP or a similar Material Resource Planning tool.
• MS Office proficiency including Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, formatting).

Responsibilities

• Prepare EVMS data and cost/schedule reporting for the IBCS program.
• Interface with CAMs and provide cost/schedule data weekly.
• Perform cost performance reporting and variance analysis.
• Develop EAC analyses for material and MEIs.
• Maintain EVMS compliance and manage cost baselines.
