Job summary

ClearPlan Consulting is seeking a Program Financial Analyst / Tool SME in the United States. You will oversee EVMS, prepare CPR/IPMR deliverables, and provide cost control support across government contracts.

Travel up to 50% is required; US citizenship is required and DoD clearance is preferred. The role demands expertise with Deltek Cobra, Oracle, or Microsoft tool-sets and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Earned Value Management systems (EVMS).
• Strong accounting and cost-control principles.
• Proven ability to analyze program performance data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EVMS for tracking program performance (cost/schedule).
• Prepare and review CPR/IPMR deliverables and EACs.
• Provide cost control and financial support to PMs and cost control managers.
• Assist in customer audits and DCMA communications.
