Job summary

Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, seeks an IPP&C Manager EV Cost Analyst to lead financial planning and control for major development programs. The role focuses on PMB creation, CWBS, cost/schedule analysis, and EVMS implementation, with customer data handling and quarterly forecasting.

Travel up to 10% and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure margins and compliance. Requires strong EVMS and SAP experience and a proven ability to present to leadership.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years.
• Program controls and EVMS background.
• Experience with Earned Value Cost Engines/Software.
• Experience with SAP.
• Understanding of FP&A concepts.
• Experience presenting to large groups and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial planning and control on large development programs.
• Develop PMB for earned value/project management.
• Establish CWBS and CWBS Dictionary.
• Analyze cost and schedule performance and advise leadership.
• Ensure EVMS compliance and proper reporting.
• Interact with customers and prepare cost/schedule data.
• Lead month-end processes and data reconciliation.
• Support EAC preparation and program reviews.
