RTX is seeking a Manager, Program Cost Controls EBA (Grade M4) to support Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and Program leads in monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs, reporting and analysis, and Budget Change Requests. The role focuses on driving cost control and schedule using EVMS tools and PMX reporting.

The successful candidate will lead a team of EBAs, perform detailed analyses, and ensure program financial commitments are met, with a hybrid onsite/offsite

Responsibilities

• Support EV/financial analyses to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
• Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts.
• Manage a team of EBAs, allocate support, provide training, and guide career development.
