Pratt & Whitney in East Hartford, CT, seeks a Program Analyst for the P&W Earned Value Analysis and Reporting organization. You will work with the Program Management Office and Engineering customers to provide guidance and analysis in PM, budgeting, scheduling, and variance analysis for Military Engines Programs.

The role involves coordinating with CIPT/IPT budget owners and the Core Program and Finance teams, supporting Monthly Program Reviews, risk reviews, and internal/government

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Excel proficiency with strong analytical and trending skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Support proper implementation of EVMS and project management tools and processes.
• Provide project management guidance to ensure adherence to EVMS guidelines.
• Compile compliant IPMDAR and provide to the external customer.
• Facilitate monthly data reconciliation and program data reviews.
• Support Monthly and Quarterly Program Review preparation activities.
• Support ongoing compliance reviews and audits.
