Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, located in East Hartford, CT, seeks an Earned Value Analyst to support Military Engine Programs. The role interfaces with the Program Management Office and Engineering, providing guidance in budgeting, scheduling, and variance analysis for the F100 CIP program.

The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams, perform risk assessments, and drive accuracy in EVMS reporting, ensuring adherence to program requirements and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field with 2+ years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience working with business analytics, finance, or forecasting; including high proficiency with MS Excel and strong analytical and trending skills.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide EVMS guidance to technical areas as they develop, plan, and analyze tasks.
• Support monthly deliverables, including Scorecard creation, data reconciliation, program EAC reviews.
• Facilitate monthly data reconciliation and support Monthly/Quarterly Program Review preparation activities.
• Ensure proper EVMS implementation through standardized processes, new tools, and reporting.
• Assist CAMs with WebEVM navigation, data input, variance analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Perform risk assessments and what-if analysis associated with task budgeting and program performance.
