RTX, including Pratt & Whitney, is seeking an Earned Value Analyst to support Military Engine Programs from East Hartford, CT. You will interface with the Program Management Office and Engineering to provide guidance on project management, budgeting, scheduling, and variance analysis using Earned Value methods.

The role emphasizes collaboration across functions, with a focus on EVMS implementation, data reconciliation, and monthly/quarterly reviews in a high-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree.
• 2+ years of experience in business analytics, finance, or forecasting with strong Excel skills.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access program information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EVMS guidance as tasks are developed, planned, and analyzed.
• Support monthly deliverables, scorecards, data reconciliation, and EAC reviews.
• Facilitate monthly data reconciliation and support Monthly/Quarterly Program Review prep.
• Ensure EVMS is implemented through standardized processes, tools, and reporting.
• Assist CAMs with WebEVM navigation, data input, variance analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Perform risk assessments and what-if analyses for budgeting and performance.
• Communicate effectively across a broad team.
