Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a leader in aerospace and defense, is seeking an Earned Value Analyst to join the P&W Earned Value Analysis and Reporting organization. You will collaborate with the Program Management Office and Engineering teams to apply EVMS, budgeting, scheduling, and variance analysis for F135 development programs.

Responsibilities include implementing EVMS, guiding project teams, performing risk analyses, and supporting reviews with internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with analytical/trending skills.
• Experience with EVMS or program management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support proper implementation of EVMS and project management tools and processes.
• Provide project management guidance to ensure adherence to EVMS guidelines.
• Perform risk assessments and what-if analyses for budgeting and performance.
• Support monthly program Estimate-at-Complete reviews and program reviews.
• Facilitate data reconciliation and provide EVMS data to the program manager and customer.
• Support compliance reviews and periodic process audits (DCAA, DCMA, SJRW).
