Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, located in East Hartford, CT, is seeking an Earned Value Analyst to join the P&W Earned Value Analysis and Reporting organization. The role focuses on guiding program management, budgeting, scheduling, and variance analysis within the F135 Development Military Program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2+ years of experience or an Advanced Degree.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a minimum of 2+ years of analytical and trending skills.

Responsibilities

• Support proper implementation of EVMS and project management tools and processes through coordination with and guidance to the technical areas as they develop, plan, and analyze tasks.
• Provide project management guidance to program team to ensure adherence to Earned Value Management System (EVMS) guidelines.
• Perform risk assessments and what-if analysis associated with task budgeting and program performance.
• Actively support monthly program Estimate-at-Complete reviews and Monthly/Quarterly Program Review preparation activities.
• Facilitate monthly data reconciliation and compile compliant Earned Value or project plan data approved by the program manager and provide to the external customer.
• Support on-going compliance reviews and periodic process audits (e.g. DCAA, DCMA and Joint Surveillance Review).
