Job summary

RTX is seeking an Engineering Business Analyst to support EVMS inputs, EAC/LRE development, and cost controls for engineering programs. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to enable predictable performance.

The candidate will work with SAP, APEX, and PM tools in a hybrid environment, partnering with product and program leads to meet cost and schedule commitments.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant work, or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience using SAP and/or APEX and similar financial systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Support EVMS process inputs, EAC and LRE development for programs.
• Perform detailed EV/financial analysis to budget, schedule, and EAC positions.
• Prepare forecasts, monitor costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts.
