Job summary

RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, seeks an Engineering Business Analyst (Grade P4) to support Earned Value Management inputs, reporting, and cost control across Programs. You will collaborate with Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and Program leads to drive EAC/LRE development and monthly variance analysis.

The role focuses on EVMS process inputs, cost/schedule reporting, and delivering reliable performance data using APEX/SAP EV and PMX.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred for senior roles (5+ years experience with a related field).
• Experience using SAP and/or APEX or similar systems for EVM, cost and schedule reporting.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools for analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support creation of EACs and LREs, including cost estimates and risk assessment.
• Perform detailed EV and financial analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
• Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts.
