Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking an Engineering Business Analyst to support EVMS inputs, EAC/LRE development, and cost/schedule management for engineering programs. The role requires a degree with substantial experience or an advanced degree and a Secret clearance, with U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent with 8+ years, or an advanced degree with 5+ years experience.
Experience using SAP and/or APEX or similar systems.
Experience with MS Office tools.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance required; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Support creation of Estimates at Complete (EACs) and Latest Revised Estimates (LREs) monthly with cost estimates, reasonableness tests, and risk assessment.
Perform detailed EV and financial analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions; prepare forecasts and document variances.
Monitor actual costs and communicate variances to plans and forecasts.
