Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking an Engineering Business Analyst to support EVMS inputs, EAC/LRE development, and cost/schedule management for engineering programs. The role requires a degree with substantial experience or an advanced degree and a Secret clearance, with U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 8+ years, or an advanced degree with 5+ years experience.
• Experience using SAP and/or APEX or similar systems.
• Experience with MS Office tools.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance required; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Support creation of Estimates at Complete (EACs) and Latest Revised Estimates (LREs) monthly with cost estimates, reasonableness tests, and risk assessment.
• Perform detailed EV and financial analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions; prepare forecasts and document variances.
• Monitor actual costs and communicate variances to plans and forecasts.
