Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires US Citizenship and an Interim Active Secret Clearance.
• Minimum 1 year of EVMS experience (COBRA preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to work onsite in Manhattan Beach, CA.

Responsibilities

• Set up cost control system and monitor costs and schedules on contracts requiring EVMS.
• Maintain EVMS compliance including cost/schedule integration.
• Prepare and review Estimates at Complete (EACs) and update EVMS baselines.
• Create financial charts for program management and reviews; identify cost impacts.
• Support CAMs with EVMS activities and WBS development; time-phasing and variance analyses.
• Perform funding profiles, cash forecasting, and variance analyses.
• Reconcile actuals, budget changes, and ensure proper accounting.
• Incorporate contractual changes into control systems and maintain baselines.
