Job summary

APEX TK LLC seeks an EVM Subject Matter Expert to support NASA HQ OCFO. The role covers surveillance, compliance reviews, training, and documentation across in‑house and external programs. Interaction with mission directorates and centers is required.

Strong background in EVM, NASA policies, and related DoD guidance is essential. Proficiency with Cobra, Acumen Fuse, and Empower, plus MS Project and Office, will be used daily.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in earned value management (EVM).
• Demonstrated expertise in NASA EVM policies and related guidance.
• Experience interfacing with HQ, centers, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide EVMS Surveillance as CFA for NASA‑validated contractors, quarterly events and reports.
• Maintain EVM documentation, processes, and training materials across projects.
• Support IBRs, compliance reviews, and agency‑level EVM initiatives.
