Job summary

Waypoint Human Capital is seeking an Earned Value Management (EVM) Subject Matter Expert to support NASA Headquarters Office of the Chief Financial Officer (HQ OCFO). This remote, full-time role provides subject matter expertise and direct support across NASA organizations, missions, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated expert-level knowledge and practical experience in Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Comprehensive understanding of NASA EVM policies and requirements (NFS, EIA-748 EVMS, OMB A-11).
• Proficiency with Deltek Cobra, Deltek Acumen Fuse, Encore Analytics Empower, MS Project, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide EVMS surveillance as CFA for NASA-validated contractors, including quarterly surveillance events, analyses, findings, reports, and training.
• Support NASA's EVM capability for in-house projects through planning, implementation, and training; maintain EVM system docs and training materials.
• Conduct EVMS surveillance for NASA in-house projects and develop annual surveillance risk matrices, schedules, analyses, findings, reports, and training.
• Facilitate and support EVMS Compliance Reviews, IBRs, and other assessments with findings and training materials.
• Support DCMA reviews as needed and maintain databases for EVMS surveillance activities.
