Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in Chantilly, VA, seeks an experienced EVM Project Cost Analyst to drive EVM operations from the program finance cost control perspective and to facilitate program cost and schedule inputs within the EVM Cost Tool, Deltek Cobra.

You will collaborate with the Project Scheduler and a variety of project management personnel to enable EIA-748 caliber EVM cost and schedule data integration, validation, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional program finance or cost control role.
• Experience on a program with EIA-748 EVMS requirements and IPMR or IPMDAR Deliverables.
• Experience with EVM software applications such as Deltek Cobra.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to perform detailed cost analysis and variance reporting.
• Ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Drive EVM Operations from the program finance cost control perspective.
• Facilitate program cost and schedule inputs within the EVM Cost Tool Deltek Cobra.
• Collaborate with the Project Scheduler and project management personnel.
• Support monthly EVM Business Rhythm activities and DCMA DECM checks.
• Assist with variance analysis and change control processes.
