Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an experienced EVM Project Cost Analyst to drive EVM operations from the program finance cost control perspective and enable cost/schedule data integration using the EVM Cost Tool. You will collaborate with the Project Scheduler and PMs to establish budgets, create control accounts, and ensure data quality for EVM deliverables.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional program finance or cost control role.
• Experience on a program with EIA-748 EVMS requirements and IPMR or IPMDAR Deliverables.
• Experience with EVM software applications such as Deltek Cobra.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to perform detailed cost analysis and variance reporting.
• Ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.

Responsibilities

• Drive EVM Operations from the program finance cost control perspective and facilitate EVM data integration, validation, and analytics.
• Collaborate with Project Scheduler and PMs to establish budgets and control account/work package structures.
• Import schedule and resource data into the EVM Cost Tool and support monthly EVM business rhythm activities.
• Assess EACs, perform data validation, and support DECM checks and variance analysis.
• Promote change management and disciplined control principles across the program.
