Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience in a professional program finance or cost control role.
  • Experience on a program with EIA-748 EVMS requirements and IPMR/IPMDAR Deliverables.
  • Experience with EVM software such as Deltek Cobra.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel formulas and pivot tables.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

  • Drive EVM Operations from the program finance cost control perspective and facilitate EVM data integration, validation, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with the Project Scheduler and PMs to establish budget targets and structure Control Accounts and Work Packages.
  • Import schedule and resource data into the EVM Cost Tool and support monthly EVM business rhythm activities.
  • Assess EACs, perform data validation, and conduct DCMA EV compliance checks.
  • Support variance analysis and instill change management and control principles.

Routine operations include supporting program planning and startup activities, establishing budget targets with CAMs/PMs, creating program Control Account and Work Package structure, importing schedule and resource data into EVM Cost Tool, facilitating monthly EVM Business Rhythm activities, assessing Estimate at Completions (EACs), conducting data validation and DCMA EV Compliance Metrics (DECM) checks, supporting Variance Analysis, and instilling appropriate change management and control principles.We offer growth opportunities through on‐program EVM training and coaching, along with support for earning role‐related certifications such as the PMP and EVP to strengthen career development.Join us. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD).
