Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an Operations Coordinator for event delivery and workplace coordination in Atlanta, GA. The role supports seamless event execution, hospitality excellence, and workplace operational consistency across the Client's estate.

You will work with Events and Workplace teams to ensure services meet contract quality, while managing guest experiences and real-time operational needs.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in related role.
• High School education required.
• Experienced in hospitality or events operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational liaison between Events and Workplace teams to coordinate event activities.
• Promote and uphold a culture of hospitality and high-touch service standards.
• Provide operational directions to Workplace Coordinators and Front of House teams for scheduled events.
• Ensure guest-facing team members maintain professionalism and service standards.
• Support Workplace leadership with feedback on service delivery and operations.
