Job summary

OpenGov is seeking a Sr. Workplace Operations Manager to lead the Atlanta office, delivering hospitality-forward experiences and serving as the operational backbone for the Workplace team.

You will own the full Atlanta office experience, drive cross-site programs, manage vendors and budgets, and partner with local leadership on workplace strategy — all with autonomy at this level. This role requires 6+ years in workplace management, strong documentation discipline, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in workplace management, office operations, or facilities management, with senior-level ownership
• Demonstrated experience building document libraries, playbooks, or knowledge systems
• Proven vendor/contract management experience with budget responsibility
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across teams
• Experience leading cross-site programs and office operations projects
• Comfort with managing budgets and vendor relationships

Responsibilities

• Own Atlanta office administration with hospitality as a core value
• Welcome guests, candidates, and new hires with high-touch tours and onboarding
• Design and execute a curated workplace experience to foster cross-functional connection
• Document and improve admin procedures and programs at scale
• Be primary workplace contact for Atlanta-based staff and leadership
• Plan seating and space usage to support growth and collaboration
• Oversee facilities operations, vendor coordination, and compliance with policies
