Qualifications

• Experience in event coordination, catering operations, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event logistics with clients and Sales Managers to meet all event needs.
• Distribute daily/weekly event updates and update Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Price food and beverage items according to guidelines.
• Coordinate post-event settlements with finance.
• Address customer complaints, vendor issues, or other situations promptly.
• Foster relationships with teammates and building staff to ensure collaboration.
