Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
• 2–5 years of experience in: Event sales, Hospitality, Conference centers, Hotels, Corporate event planning, Venue management, Customer relationship management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Professional appearance and presentation.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience working within CRM and event management software.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Business Development: Respond to inquiries, qualify prospects, conduct facility tours, prepare proposals, and follow up to convert leads into bookings.
• Build Client Relationships: Serve as primary contact, deliver hospitality-first experience, cultivate repeat business and referrals.
• Manage Sales Pipeline: Maintain active prospect pipeline, document CRM activity, move opportunities toward booking.
• Prepare Proposals & Contracts: Create estimates, proposals, contracts, rental agreements with accurate event details.
• Manage Payments & Documentation: Coordinate deposits, payment schedules, and digital client files.
• Maximize Revenue Opportunities: Identify services and enhancements to increase revenue.
• Collaborate Across Departments: Work with Event Ops, Technical Services, Catering, Marketing, Accounting, EPIC Experience, Facility Ops.
• Achieve Sales & Service Goals: Ensure rapid responses, accurate documentation, follow-up, and high client satisfaction.
