Job summary

Riverside EpiCenter, LLC in Georgia seeks a results-driven Sales Coordinator to serve as a front-line ambassador, handling inbound inquiries, guiding clients through proposals and contracts, and driving bookings with an EPIC customer experience.

You will maintain the sales pipeline in the CRM, prepare proposals, manage deposits and payments, and collaborate with Event Operations, Catering, Marketing, and Facilities to ensure flawless events and sustainable revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years in event sales or hospitality.
• Experience with CRM and event management software.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries, qualify prospects, conduct facility tours, prepare proposals, and follow up to convert leads into bookings.
• Serve as the primary contact throughout the sales process, delivering a hospitality-first experience and developing relationships for repeat business.
• Maintain an active prospect pipeline, document sales activity in the CRM, and move opportunities toward booking.
• Create accurate estimates, proposals, contracts, rental agreements, and supporting documentation with complete event details.
• Coordinate deposits, payment schedules, contract execution, and organized electronic client files.
• Identify and recommend additional services and enhancements to increase revenue.
• Collaborate with Event Operations, Technical Services, Catering, Marketing, Accounting, and Facility Operations for seamless event execution.
• Maintain rapid response times and achieve sales and service goals.
