Texas Health Mansfield is seeking an experienced Events Planner to lead cross-functional event logistics, budgeting, and vendor coordination for on-site experiences. You will attend planning meetings, guide internal teams, and manage budgets to ensure flawless execution of events within a mission-driven health system.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1+ years in marketing, hospitality, or related fields, with strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality, communications, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in marketing, HR, hospitality, or related field.
• Proven experience as an events planner or organizer.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Ability to work with leaders and diverse populations.
• Flexible schedule and some travel.

Responsabilités

• Schedules and attends all event planning meetings with internal team.
• Leads pre-event detailed logistic meetings to educate the internal team.
• Leads on-site logistics during events to ensure proper flow and set up.
• Manages staff and vendors at chosen event site in order to coordinate details.
• Reviews event invoices for accuracy and acquires approval for payment.
• Maintains records of all event aspects including budget summary.
• Coordinates with stakeholders to identify event objectives and budgeting.
• Provides coordination for real-time execution during event operations.
• Identifies and manages potential issues and opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Manages coordination of events from concept to on-site implementation.
