• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and venue managers on event days.
• Analyze event performance metrics (attendance, engagement, sales conversions) and prepare post-event reports for management.
• Train and mentor event staff, fostering a positive, high-energy, and results-driven team atmosphere.
• Ensure all promotional activities adhere to company and client compliance standards.
